How do I pay for my order?

Microcrete provides several payment methods: wire transfer and PayPal. All our transactions are safe and your information is protected.

If you choose to make a Paypal payment, you will be redirected to the Paypal login page and, after logging in you must finalize the payment.

In case you do not have a Paypal account, you can open one and, after that, finalize your order.

The amount paid should be the same of the order. All costs related to the payment should be at the expense of the buyer.

The order will be sent after confirmation of the payment.

The payment should be done within five (5) days. If the payment isn`t received within that term, the order will be cancelled.

All transactions are secure and your personal information is protected.

Your order will be sent as soon as we get confirmation of the payment.

In case items are sold out or cancelled, the reimbursement will be made by wire transfer.

When will the money be taken from my account?

If you make a Paypal payment, the amount will be taken from your account as soon as the order is confirmed. In any case, you will only pay for items that are sent.

Will I receive an invoice?                                                                                                                                                          

Yes, the invoice will be sent with the order.                                                                                                                                                                                                           



Can I return a product?

In case you are not totally satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days counting from the reception of the order.

We will only accept the return of products that are still in the original order packaging and in perfect conditions.

All shipping costs related with devolutions or exchanges are responsibility of the client and are not reimbursable.

In case of exchanges, if the new product has a higher value, the client must pay the difference.

How can I return a product?

You should return the product to the address indicated below, together with the receipt and devolution/complaint indication.

Any reimbursement should take place within 48 hours after reception of the order and/or complaint validation.

Yes, the procedure is similar to a product devolution.

Costs related with shipping costs to return or exchange a product are responsibility of the client and are not reimbursable.
