Microcrete guarantees the quality of its products for a period of 2 years. However, it is not liable when the problem stems from poor maintenance by customers who do not follow the company’s recommended instructions.
By means of this certificate, we guarantee for a period of 2 years that the range of Microcrete products applied and all their additional components are free from any defects in relation to the finished product. If any defect is detected within the agreed period, an expert assessment will be carried out to ascertain the cause of the defect and, if it is due to the products supplied by Microcrete, the company will assume responsibility for the value of the order.

Microcrete ensures the excellence and superior quality of the products supplied. The system we propose is intended to be implemented under ideal support and climatic conditions, as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet.
We emphasise that we do not accept responsibility for any anomalies that may arise due to hidden pathologies or other pre-existing defects that are not detectable a priori.
As the conditions of application of our products are beyond our control, we are not responsible for their incorrect use. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the product for its intended purpose. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied by us.
